Parent connection and involement is the key to any successful student ministry. Below are a couple of opportunities MBC provides for parents of teens to connect with each other and our student ministry:

POTS (Parents of Teens) Class: Meets at 9:30 AM on Sundays in Room 217. Connect and share with other parents!

Parent & Volunteer Meeting: We have several meetings scheduled throughout the year. Come to receive information on upcoming student events, current teaching topics, and ways you can get plugged-in as a parent!

Parent E-Letters: Weekly/Bi-Weekly parent newsletter sent via email. If you are not currently receiving the Parent E-Letter send a message to Lucas at the email address below. Include your name, your students name(s), and your preferred email address.

Release Form: Plan to assist with an event? Then we need a current release form on file. You may download it below.

TANGLEWOOD CARNIVAL
Wednesday, August 11th
7:00 - 8:30 PM
Join us for our final night of ministry at Tanglewood Apartments this summer. We'll be providing the children of the community with a carnival complete with a bounce house, games and more! Students should come prepared to minister to children by operating various games.

CHURCH IN THE PARK
Wednesday, August 18th
6:30 - 8:30 PM
Come to Town Park (Main Street south of Post Office) to join in a night of food, fellowship, worship and prayer. We'll be joining youth ministries from various churches in Mansfield for this "Back to School" event. Come prepared for Ultimate Frisbee, Sand Volleyball and Basketball. FREE EVENT!

Meet in the POTS classroom (Room 217) as we discuss the '10-'11 Student Ministry calendar and offer parents opportunities to get "plugged-in"!

Students should meet at their school flagpole at the designated time for this annual event encouraging prayer for their school, city, nation, and world.
